Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) establishes the rules governing the use of AW Co-Pilot AI, a web-based marketplace management platform operated by Ample Wings Overseas (“Ample Wings,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

AW Co-Pilot provides tools for marketplace management, product listing, cataloguing, pricing, inventory management, order management, reporting, sourcing, AI-assisted content generation and related ecommerce operations.

This AUP applies to all customers, users, administrators, employees, contractors and other persons who access or use AW Co-Pilot.

Where a marketplace, ecommerce platform, payment provider, AI provider or other third party imposes additional requirements, those requirements also apply to the relevant use of the Service.

For Amazon integrations, this AUP is intended to operate consistently with Amazon's Selling Partner API Acceptable Use Policy, Data Protection Policy and other applicable Amazon agreements and policies. Amazon states that failure to comply with its AUP may result in suspension or termination of Selling Partner API access.

1. Purpose of AW Co-Pilot

AW Co-Pilot is intended to help legitimate ecommerce businesses:

  • Create and manage product listings.
  • Manage product information across connected sales channels.
  • Generate AI-assisted product content.
  • Generate or enhance product imagery.
  • Manage marketplace pricing.
  • Manage inventory.
  • View and manage orders.
  • Generate sales, order and inventory reports.
  • Monitor listing status.
  • Connect supported marketplaces and ecommerce platforms.
  • Source domestic and international products.
  • Perform other legitimate ecommerce-management activities.

Users must use the Service only for lawful and authorized business purposes.

2. Acceptance of This Policy

By creating an AW Co-Pilot account or using the Service, you agree to comply with:

  • This Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Our Terms & Conditions.
  • Privacy Policy.
  • Data Deletion Policy.
  • Security Policy.
  • Applicable marketplace terms and policies.
  • Applicable laws and regulations.
  • Applicable API-provider requirements.

If you do not agree with these requirements, you must not use AW Co-Pilot.

3. Authorized Marketplace Access

Users may connect a marketplace to AW Co-Pilot only when they have the legal authority to do so.

You must:

  • Own or be authorized to manage the relevant seller account.
  • Use the marketplace's approved authorization mechanism.
  • Grant only the permissions necessary for the requested functionality.
  • Maintain valid authorization.
  • Follow the marketplace's terms and policies.

For Amazon, AW Co-Pilot will use Amazon's authorized authorization mechanisms rather than asking users to provide Amazon passwords or secret credentials.

Amazon's published AUP prohibits sharing keys or passwords and requires marketplace applications to use appropriate authorization mechanisms.

4. Prohibited Credential Sharing

You must not:

  • Give your Amazon password to AW Co-Pilot.
  • Give your Amazon Seller Central password to an AW Co-Pilot employee.
  • Share API secret keys through email or chat.
  • Upload marketplace credentials into product descriptions, prompts or AI inputs.
  • Share OAuth tokens with unauthorized individuals.
  • Use another person's credentials without authorization.
  • Circumvent marketplace authentication.

Marketplace authorization should occur through the official authorization mechanism provided by the relevant marketplace.

5. Lawful Use

You may use AW Co-Pilot only for legitimate business activities.

You must comply with applicable:

  • Data protection laws.
  • Consumer protection laws.
  • Intellectual-property laws.
  • Advertising laws.
  • Tax laws.
  • Ecommerce regulations.
  • Export/import laws.
  • Product-safety requirements.
  • Marketplace policies.

You are responsible for determining whether your products, claims, marketing materials and business activities comply with the laws applicable to your business.

6. Marketplace Policy Compliance

You must not use AW Co-Pilot to intentionally violate the rules of Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, eBay, Etsy, Myntra, WooCommerce, Meesho or any other connected platform.

Examples include intentionally using the Service to:

  • Circumvent marketplace restrictions.
  • Manipulate marketplace systems.
  • Evade account suspensions.
  • Create unauthorized seller accounts.
  • Submit fraudulent information.
  • Manipulate ratings or reviews.
  • Circumvent listing restrictions.
  • Bypass marketplace enforcement mechanisms.
  • Engage in prohibited buyer or seller communications.

Amazon's AUP specifically prohibits applications from facilitating or promoting violations of agreements between Selling Partners and Amazon.

7. Prohibited Products and Activities

You must not use AW Co-Pilot to facilitate the sale, distribution or promotion of illegal or prohibited goods.

This includes, where applicable:

  • Illegal drugs.
  • Counterfeit goods.
  • Stolen goods.
  • Weapons where prohibited by law or marketplace rules.
  • Explosives.
  • Fraudulent documents.
  • Products involving unlawful exploitation.
  • Products prohibited by applicable marketplace policies.
  • Products that infringe intellectual-property rights.
  • Other illegal products or services.

The fact that AW Co-Pilot can technically generate content for a product does not mean that the product is permitted for sale.

8. Counterfeit and Infringing Products

You must not use AW Co-Pilot to create, publish or distribute listings for counterfeit products or products that knowingly infringe:

  • Copyright
  • Trademark
  • Patent
  • Design rights
  • Trade secrets
  • Other intellectual-property rights

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to sell and advertise your products.

Amazon's AUP similarly prohibits applications or services that infringe third-party copyrights, patents or trademarks.

9. Fraudulent Listings

You must not use AW Co-Pilot to create listings containing intentionally false or misleading information.

This includes intentionally falsifying:

  • Brand
  • Manufacturer
  • Product identity
  • Product specifications
  • Product condition
  • Certifications
  • Country of origin
  • Quantity
  • Ingredients
  • Performance claims
  • Safety claims
  • Pricing
  • Availability

AI-generated content must be reviewed before publication.

10. Misleading Advertising

You must not use AW Co-Pilot to generate or distribute deceptive advertising.

You must not intentionally create:

  • False discounts.
  • Fake scarcity.
  • False guarantees.
  • Misleading testimonials.
  • Fabricated certifications.
  • False health claims.
  • False performance claims.
  • Misleading before/after claims.
  • Fake endorsements.
  • Fabricated reviews.

11. Customer Reviews and Ratings

AW Co-Pilot must not be used to manipulate marketplace reviews or ratings.

Prohibited activities include:

  • Creating fake reviews.
  • Purchasing fake reviews.
  • Generating reviews pretending to be customers.
  • Creating multiple accounts to manipulate ratings.
  • Offering prohibited incentives for positive reviews.
  • Suppressing legitimate negative reviews through deceptive means.
  • Manipulating review content.

12. Buyer Communications

Where AW Co-Pilot provides buyer-communication functionality, users must comply with the applicable marketplace's communication rules.

You must not use the Service to send:

  • Spam.
  • Harassment.
  • Threats.
  • Fraudulent communications.
  • Malicious links.
  • Unauthorized marketing.
  • Phishing messages.
  • Communications designed to move transactions outside a marketplace in violation of marketplace rules.

13. Personal Information

You must not upload unnecessary personal information into AW Co-Pilot.

You must not intentionally use AW Co-Pilot to:

  • Collect personal information without a lawful basis.
  • Sell personal information unlawfully.
  • Expose customer information.
  • Publish private information.
  • Use personal information for unauthorized purposes.
  • Attempt to identify anonymous individuals without authorization.

If you process personal information through a marketplace integration, you remain responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws and marketplace requirements.

14. Amazon Customer Information

Special restrictions apply to Amazon customer information.

If AW Co-Pilot receives Amazon customer PII through authorized SP-API functionality, you must not:

  • Export it for unauthorized purposes.
  • Sell it.
  • Use it for unrelated advertising.
  • Share it with unauthorized third parties.
  • Attempt to identify customers beyond the permitted purpose.
  • Combine it with unrelated datasets for unauthorized purposes.

Amazon's Data Protection Policy governs the receipt, storage, use, transfer and disposal of information obtained through SP-API.

15. Data Extraction and Scraping

You must not use AW Co-Pilot to perform unauthorized scraping or extraction of information from websites or services.

This includes using the platform to:

  • Circumvent technical restrictions.
  • Bypass authentication.
  • Circumvent rate limits.
  • Defeat CAPTCHA or security mechanisms.
  • Extract protected information.
  • Collect information in violation of a website's terms.

Marketplace information should be obtained through authorized APIs or other permitted mechanisms.

16. Amazon Data

AW Co-Pilot must not be used to create an external commercial data service that sells or redistributes Amazon data in violation of Amazon's requirements.

Amazon's AUP expressly restricts applications from offering or promoting external non-Amazon data services that sell Amazon data, including data retrieved from Amazon's public-facing websites.

17. AI Usage

AW Co-Pilot may use artificial intelligence to assist with:

  • Product descriptions.
  • Titles.
  • Bullet points.
  • SEO content.
  • Product categorization.
  • Image generation or enhancement.
  • Product recommendations.
  • Business insights.
  • Reports.
  • Other marketplace-management functions.

AI-generated information may contain errors.

Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated information before publishing or acting upon it.

Amazon's AUP specifically requires applications to be transparent about calculations and the use of models such as AI, including their accuracy and data freshness.

18. AI Decision-Making

Users must not rely blindly on AI-generated recommendations for business-critical decisions.

Examples include:

  • Product compliance.
  • Legal claims.
  • Tax decisions.
  • Safety decisions.
  • Regulatory classifications.
  • Product certifications.
  • Pricing decisions.
  • Inventory commitments.

Where AW Co-Pilot performs analytical processing or automated decision-making that may materially affect a seller's business, appropriate validation mechanisms should be applied.

Amazon's AUP specifically requires data-integrity and validation checks for analytical processing and AI-driven insights or automated decisions that materially affect Selling Partners.

19. AI Content Accuracy

You must verify AI-generated:

  • Product specifications.
  • Dimensions.
  • Materials.
  • Ingredients.
  • Certifications.
  • Warranty claims.
  • Product benefits.
  • Regulatory claims.
  • Pricing.
  • Country-of-origin statements.

AW Co-Pilot does not guarantee that AI-generated information is accurate, complete or suitable for marketplace publication.

20. Image Generation

You must not use AW Co-Pilot to generate deceptive or unlawful product imagery.

You must not intentionally generate images that:

  • Falsely represent a product.
  • Remove legally required warnings.
  • Misrepresent product size.
  • Misrepresent product functionality.
  • Use another company's trademarks without authorization.
  • Impersonate another brand.
  • Mislead consumers about the actual product.

21. Intellectual Property

You must have appropriate rights to:

  • Product images.
  • Brand names.
  • Logos.
  • Product descriptions.
  • Videos.
  • Marketing materials.
  • Customer content.
  • Uploaded documents.

You must not upload or process third-party copyrighted material unless you have the necessary rights or legal authorization.

22. Security Testing and Abuse

You must not use AW Co-Pilot to attack, compromise or interfere with:

  • AW Co-Pilot infrastructure.
  • Marketplace infrastructure.
  • Other users.
  • Third-party services.
  • Cloud infrastructure.
  • APIs.

Prohibited activities include:

  • Port scanning.
  • Credential stuffing.
  • Brute-force attacks.
  • Malware distribution.
  • Exploiting vulnerabilities without authorization.
  • Denial-of-service attacks.
  • Unauthorized penetration testing.
  • Reverse engineering intended to circumvent security controls.

Authorized security researchers should follow our responsible-disclosure process.

23. Malware

You must not upload or distribute:

  • Viruses.
  • Worms.
  • Trojans.
  • Ransomware.
  • Spyware.
  • Keyloggers.
  • Credential stealers.
  • Malicious scripts.
  • Other harmful software.

24. Phishing and Social Engineering

AW Co-Pilot must not be used to create phishing campaigns or deceptive communications designed to obtain:

  • Passwords.
  • API credentials.
  • Banking information.
  • Payment details.
  • Authentication codes.
  • Personal information.

You must not impersonate:

  • Amazon.
  • Ample Wings.
  • AW Co-Pilot.
  • Banks.
  • Government agencies.
  • Marketplace employees.
  • Other businesses or individuals.

25. Account Abuse

You must not:

  • Create accounts using false information.
  • Create accounts for fraudulent purposes.
  • Circumvent account restrictions.
  • Share accounts in a way that violates applicable terms.
  • Sell AW Co-Pilot accounts.
  • Sell marketplace authorization obtained through AW Co-Pilot.
  • Use another customer's account without authorization.

26. Automated Marketplace Actions

Automated actions must respect marketplace requirements and technical limitations.

You must not configure AW Co-Pilot to:

  • Exceed permitted API limits.
  • Circumvent throttling.
  • Generate excessive API requests.
  • Repeatedly retry failed operations in a manner that harms marketplace systems.
  • Circumvent marketplace controls.

Amazon specifically requires applications to respect per-Selling-Partner throttling quotas.

27. API Abuse

You must not use AW Co-Pilot to:

  • Reverse engineer private APIs.
  • Circumvent API authentication.
  • Bypass API restrictions.
  • Manipulate API responses.
  • Forge API requests.
  • Abuse API quotas.
  • Use another customer's API authorization.

28. Data Integrity

You must not intentionally manipulate marketplace information in a deceptive manner.

This includes intentionally altering information to:

  • Misrepresent sales.
  • Misrepresent inventory.
  • Misrepresent pricing.
  • Misrepresent orders.
  • Manipulate reports.
  • Hide marketplace violations.

Amazon's AUP prohibits deliberate modification of Marketplace API data intended to deceive Selling Partners.

29. Reports and Analytics

Reports generated by AW Co-Pilot are intended to assist business operations.

Users remain responsible for verifying:

  • Source data.
  • Calculations.
  • Date ranges.
  • Currency.
  • Marketplace-specific metrics.
  • AI-generated conclusions.

AW Co-Pilot does not guarantee that third-party marketplace data will always be complete or immediately synchronized.

30. Sourcing

AW Co-Pilot's sourcing functionality must not be used to facilitate:

  • Counterfeit sourcing.
  • Illegal imports.
  • Prohibited products.
  • Sanctions violations.
  • Customs fraud.
  • False declarations.
  • Intellectual-property infringement.

Users remain responsible for import/export compliance.

31. Marketplace Connection Security

Users must promptly disconnect marketplace accounts they no longer control or have authorization to access.

If we detect or reasonably suspect unauthorized marketplace access, we may:

  • Suspend the integration.
  • Revoke authorization.
  • Temporarily suspend the account.
  • Request additional verification.
  • Investigate the activity.

32. Circumvention

You must not attempt to circumvent:

  • AW Co-Pilot subscription limits.
  • API limits.
  • Feature restrictions.
  • Security controls.
  • Authentication.
  • Usage limits.
  • Marketplace restrictions.
  • Payment controls.

Examples include creating multiple accounts to obtain additional quotas or using technical mechanisms to bypass paid functionality.

33. System Integrity

You must not interfere with the normal operation of AW Co-Pilot.

This includes:

  • Excessive automated requests.
  • Deliberately overloading systems.
  • Resource exhaustion.
  • Denial-of-service activity.
  • Malicious automation.
  • Exploiting application bugs.
  • Attempting unauthorized database access.

34. Third-Party Services

AW Co-Pilot integrates with third-party services.

Your use of a connected service remains subject to that service's terms.

Examples may include:

  • Amazon
  • Shopify
  • Flipkart
  • eBay
  • Etsy
  • WooCommerce
  • Other supported marketplaces
  • AI providers
  • Payment providers
  • Cloud providers

A feature being available within AW Co-Pilot does not override the third party's rules.

35. Business-Use Responsibility

You are responsible for the actions performed through your AW Co-Pilot account.

This includes actions performed by:

  • Employees.
  • Contractors.
  • Agencies.
  • Staff members.
  • Authorized administrators.
  • Other users whom you permit to access the account.

36. Prohibited Financial Activities

AW Co-Pilot must not be used for unlawful financial activity, including:

  • Money laundering.
  • Fraud.
  • Payment fraud.
  • Identity theft.
  • Unauthorized payment processing.
  • Financial scams.
  • Fraudulent invoices.

37. Sanctions and Export Controls

Users must comply with applicable sanctions, export-control and trade laws.

You must not use AW Co-Pilot to facilitate transactions that are prohibited by applicable law.

38. Harassment and Abuse

You must not use AW Co-Pilot to create or distribute:

  • Threats.
  • Harassment.
  • Stalking content.
  • Hate-based abuse.
  • Malicious personal attacks.
  • Non-consensual personal information.

39. Illegal Activities

You must not use AW Co-Pilot to plan, facilitate or conduct unlawful activities.

We may cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities where legally required.

40. Reporting Violations

If you believe another user is using AW Co-Pilot to violate this policy or applicable marketplace requirements, contact:

For suspected Amazon-related abuse, Ample Wings may follow Amazon's applicable reporting requirements.

Amazon's AUP instructs developers to notify Amazon and block a Selling Partner's application access where the developer discovers or suspects that the Selling Partner is using the application to violate Amazon's applicable agreement.

41. Monitoring

We may monitor activity within AW Co-Pilot to:

  • Protect the platform.
  • Detect fraud.
  • Detect security incidents.
  • Prevent abuse.
  • Investigate violations.
  • Maintain system performance.
  • Meet legal or marketplace requirements.

Monitoring will be performed subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

42. Suspension of Access

We may temporarily suspend or restrict an account where we reasonably believe that the account:

  • Violates this AUP.
  • Creates a security risk.
  • Creates a risk to another user.
  • Violates marketplace requirements.
  • Uses unauthorized credentials.
  • Engages in fraudulent activity.
  • Creates excessive API traffic.
  • Places AW Co-Pilot or a third-party platform at risk.

Where appropriate, we may request corrective action before restoring access.

43. Immediate Suspension

We may immediately suspend an account where necessary to address:

  • Active security attacks.
  • Credential compromise.
  • Fraud.
  • Malware.
  • Unauthorized access.
  • Serious marketplace violations.
  • Illegal activity.
  • Material risk to third parties.

44. Marketplace API Suspension

If a marketplace restricts or terminates our API access because of activity associated with a customer, we may suspend the relevant integration or account.

This may be necessary to protect:

  • Ample Wings.
  • AW Co-Pilot.
  • Other customers.
  • Marketplace relationships.
  • API access.

Amazon's AUP states that non-compliance can result in suspension or termination of Selling Partner API access.

45. Termination

We may terminate an account where a user:

  • Repeatedly violates this AUP.
  • Engages in serious illegal activity.
  • Attempts to compromise the Service.
  • Uses fraudulent marketplace credentials.
  • Deliberately violates marketplace policies.
  • Uses AW Co-Pilot to facilitate prohibited activities.
  • Creates significant legal, security or operational risk.

46. Preservation of Information

Where reasonably necessary for:

  • Security investigations.
  • Fraud investigations.
  • Legal claims.
  • Regulatory obligations.
  • Marketplace investigations.

we may preserve relevant information in accordance with applicable law and our Data Retention and Data Deletion Policies.

47. No Guarantee of Marketplace Approval

AW Co-Pilot does not guarantee:

  • Marketplace account approval.
  • Product approval.
  • Brand approval.
  • Listing approval.
  • Advertising approval.
  • API approval.
  • Marketplace ranking.
  • Seller performance.
  • Sales performance.

Marketplace decisions remain under the control of the relevant marketplace.

48. AI and Marketplace Compliance

AW Co-Pilot may help automate marketplace operations, but automation does not transfer legal or marketplace responsibility from the user to Ample Wings.

The user remains responsible for reviewing automated actions where appropriate and ensuring that their business remains compliant.

49. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable and secure services.

However, availability may be affected by:

  • Marketplace outages.
  • API downtime.
  • Cloud infrastructure failures.
  • Maintenance.
  • Security incidents.
  • Third-party service interruptions.
  • Internet connectivity.
  • Force majeure events.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

50. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP when:

  • New features are introduced.
  • New marketplaces are integrated.
  • Marketplace requirements change.
  • Laws change.
  • Security requirements change.
  • Our services change.

The updated version will be published with a new Last Updated date.
